Website purpose

This website provides general information about GrekTech and a way to request information about potential product-development services. Website content may change without notice.

No project agreement

Submitting an inquiry, receiving an estimate or discussing a project does not by itself create a client relationship or binding development agreement. Any engagement, scope, pricing, schedule, ownership and responsibilities must be set out in a separate written agreement.

Estimates and availability

Development pricing describes typical starting points and ranges, not guaranteed quotes. The MVP Blueprint is a $299 fixed-price planning deliverable for eligible projects, subject to written scope approval before payment. Submitting a brief does not automatically create a paid engagement. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, platforms and product complexity. GrekTech does not guarantee project acceptance or a specific schedule through this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material or use automated means to abuse the inquiry form.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, design and GrekTech brand materials are owned by or used with permission by GrekTech. Case-study references do not transfer rights in the products described.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided for general informational purposes on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GrekTech disclaims warranties relating solely to website availability or accuracy and is not responsible for indirect losses arising from general website use.
